Responsibilities

Support LCC sourcing activities, including supplier quotations, sample approvals, and technical specifications.; Coordinate with engineering teams and suppliers on engineering changes and localization projects.; Manage purchasing data and workflows in SAP.; Prepare reports and dashboards using Excel and Power BI.; Develop Excel VBA macros to automate routine tasks.; Track project milestones, action items, and deadlines.; Support daily operational processes and documentation.

Requirements

3rd or 4th-year Engineering student or Master’s student.; Able to work minimum 3 full days per week.; Knowledge of SAP, MS Excel, VBA, and Power BI.; Good English communication skills, German is a plus.; Ability to understand technical drawings and an interest in manufacturing.; Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.; High ownership and attention to detail.
