Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and maintain the Project Quality Management System (QMS).; Ensure compliance with project specifications, client requirements, and applicable quality standards.; Manage all QA/QC activities for marine and bridge construction projects.; Review and approve quality documentation, inspection reports, material submittals, and method statements.; Coordinate inspections with clients, consultants, third-party inspectors, and authorities.; Monitor quality of construction activities including piling works, marine structures, quay walls, jetties, pontoons, breakwaters, bridges, structural steel, and concrete works.; Lead internal and external quality audits.; Investigate non-conformities and implement corrective and preventive actions.; Maintain quality records, testing reports, and project documentation.; Ensure compliance with ISO standards and company quality procedures.; Prepare quality performance reports and present findings to project management.; Support project handover by ensuring completion of all quality documentation and close-out requirements.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline.; Minimum 15 years of construction industry experience.; Minimum 8 years of experience in a Quality Manager or QA/QC Manager role.; Proven experience in Marine and Bridge Construction projects.; Experience in projects involving jetties, pontoons, quay walls, breakwaters, piling, and bridges.; ISO 9001 Lead Auditor certification preferred.; GCC/UAE project experience preferred.; Strong knowledge of international construction and quality standards.
