Promotional Retail Representative

We are a marketing company that performs outsourced sales and marketing, including corporate promotions on behalf of our clients. What this means is, instead of our clients using their own internal marketing or sales force, they outsource to us and actually hire us to do it for them. They provide the different promotions and services, and we are responsible for representing them in local markets. Our clients have specific fields of expertise ranging from consumer electronics to the biggest name in satellite TV services. We feel we can complement their niche with a superior marketing and sales team to keep them busy doing what they do best.

At Aura Management, we engage with our clients, and their customers in face-to-face settings. Our team possesses exceptional interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills keeping our clients, their customers, and potential new customers excited to work with us. We are seeking a Promotional Retail Representative to join our growing marketing firm located here in the heart of Richmond.

Responsibilities

Professionally market and promote clients to increase brand awareness; Manage in-field promotional marketing campaigns; Greet and inform customers on the client's products and services; Obtain strong leadership skills to build a high performance, team environment; Stay up to date on client services, products, and industry trends

Requirements

Hard-working and motivated individual; Strong communication and interpersonal skills; High School Diploma or equivalent (required); Bachelor's Degree in the following areas: (preferred): Business, Management, Administration, Marketing, Psychology, Sociology, Communications; 0-1 year of the following experience: customer service, marketing, sales, retail, hospitality, or restaurant experience.
