Pub & Restaurant Stocktaker

Retail Advisor / Stocktaker. Are you a Bar Manager / Pub Manager or Restaurant Manager or an Assistant Manager or Supervisor within the catering and hospitality industry looking for a better work / life balance? This is much more than a normal stocktaking role. You will develop long-term business relationships with your allocated clients, providing professional advice and support relating to running a hospitality business as well as carrying out your stocktaking responsibilities for the company.

Responsibilities

Carry out wet and dry stocktakes at allocated restaurants, pubs, bars and retail entertainment venues; Analyse stocktake results and run stocktake reports on EPoS systems; Work with individual businesses to improve stock utilisation and profitability; Develop long-term business relationships with allocated clients; Travel around the designated area (South London and surrounding areas)

Requirements

Previous experience in a similar role, or management/supervisory experience within hospitality with wet and dry stocktaking experience; Experience using EPoS systems such as running stocktake reports and adding items; Excellent organisation, time-management and administrative skills; Excellent customer service and communication skills; PC literate with the ability to use Microsoft Office including MS Excel; Good understanding of stock yields and stock depletion; Access to own vehicle; Ability to travel around designated area

Previous experience working in a similar role (e.g., Stocktake Auditor / Stocktaker Advisor)
