Responsibilities

Lead procurement activities for assigned categories and suppliers, ensuring alignment with cost, quality, and delivery targets; Manage annual price negotiations and maintain accurate pricing and item data in ERP systems; Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement supply strategies that support long-term cost optimization; Develop supplier relationships and monitor performance in delivery, quality, innovation, and lead times; Contribute sourcing insights to sales and cost estimation while ensuring compliance with procurement policies

Requirements

bachelor's or master's degree in engineering, commercial studies, or a related field; 5+ years of relevant procurement experience; strong analytical skills; skilled in negotiation; able to operate effectively in a global matrix environment; strong logical communication skills; resilience under pressure; solid ability to collaborate within a team; proficient in MS Office; experienced with ERP systems; communicate fluently in English; perform well under pressure with tight deadlines
