QA Mobile Automation Engineer

Responsibilities

Design, develop, execute, and maintain manual and automated test scenarios and test data.; Identify opportunities to increase automation across software testing processes.; Define and implement automation strategies in collaboration with QA Engineers and Development teams.; Coordinate test plans with Project Managers, Engineering teams, and other stakeholders.; Execute automated and manual testing activities while monitoring test progress and quality metrics.; Generate automated test execution reports and testing summaries.; Support the evaluation, implementation, and continuous improvement of automation tools and frameworks.; Define and monitor testing metrics to evaluate software quality and testing effectiveness.; Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality software delivery in Agile environments.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field is desired, or equivalent professional experience.; 2+ years of experience in Software Testing and QA Automation.; Experience with JavaScript.; Experience performing API testing.; Hands-on experience with WebDriverIO and Appium.; Experience with tools for mobile-based applications such as Appium (For iOS and Android with JAVA).; Knowledge of CI/CD tools and automation pipelines.; Experience designing, developing, and maintaining automated test frameworks.; Working knowledge of performance testing is a plus.; Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.; Advanced English proficiency.; 2+ years of experience in QA Automation.; Experience with JavaScript, WebDriverIO, Appium, and API Testing.; Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and mobile test automation.; Familiarity with Agile (Scrum) methodologies.; ISTQB certification (CTFL) is a plus.
