QC Inspector (Welding & Structural)

We are hiring an experienced QC Inspector – Welding & Structural for Offshore projects.

Responsibilities

Perform welding and structural inspections during fabrication, assembly, and installation activities; Verify compliance with approved WPS, ITPs, drawings, and project specifications; Monitor and witness NDT activities and ensure proper coordination with NDT contractors; Ensure fabrication activities comply with international codes and standards (AWS D1.1, ASME, EEMUA 158); Conduct inspections for offshore topside and jacket fabrication, including fit-up, welding, and dimensional checks.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering; 10+ years total experience, including 5+ years post-CSWIP / AWS; Proven experience in offshore topside & jacket fabrication; CSWIP 3.1 / 3.2 Certificates / AWS (mandatory); Strong knowledge of welding inspection, structural fabrication & NDT coordination; Familiar with offshore codes and standards (AWS D1.1, EEMUA 158, ASME)
