Quality Assurance Process Manager

Responsibilities

Responsible to manage, train and develop the direct reports; Responsible to ensure that the QMS in particular the control of Documents on shopfloor is conform to all internal and external requirements; Assure plant compliance to IATF 16949, legal, customer and internal requirements as required in each area; Responsible to ensure that non conforming material throughout the entire process from Mixing to Final finish are handled according to internal procedures.; Assure the structure problem solving is fully utilized and fully implemented in the plant.; Particpates in all CBT3 relevant meetings and activities.; Coordinate the data analysis expert as imput for process improvement and lessons learned

Requirements

BS Degree Engineering (Industrial, Mechanic, Chemical… or related) or Quality Management; Min. 7 years experience within Quality Management or tire production; Project leader or participation in projects as team member, Internal auditor; >2 years managing a small group; Good English skills and social skills
