Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer

In this role, as part of the Quality team, you will actively support users on company’s Quality Systems acting as Quality ambassador and providing support at Corporate and Project Level as well.

You will have the opportunity to get international exposure and familiar yourself with some state-of- the- art Quality Systems worldwide.

Requirements

Provide continuous support to all users on Archirodon’s Quality Systems, encouraging the continuous improvement of our policies, procedures, and forms.; Raise awareness of Process Governance.; Support QLT Project Teams on Workflow Automation tool.; Update existing training material and develop additional one regarding QLT workflows, documentation, awareness campaigns; Participate in series of meetings with Departments & Divisions, supporting them on the development of their Business Continuity Plan and Anti-Bribery Management System (A-BMS).; Collect and register common findings from audits, maintain the data base and facilitate the process improvement initiatives.; Supports and follows-up the implementation of Process Improvement Action Plans from Common Findings and Key Lessons Learnt (KLL) analysis.; BSc degree in Engineering, Master Certificate will be considered as an asset; Up to four (4) years of experience in Quality Sector and/or Management Systems, preferably in a large Organization; Prior work experience within Construction industry would be considered a plus; International Standards related to Management Systems (i.e. ISO 9001) or any other Management System (i.e. ISO 22301, ISO 37001); Experience on mapping of different Departments/Business Units operational processes within the organization; Experience on Quality Assurance Practices.; Certified Lead Auditor in ISO 9001 or any other relevant ISO Management System will be considered as an asset.; Familiarity with software tools related to Quality Management Systems (low coding /no coding skills would be an asset; Fluency in English; Is confident of your abilities and you like to present new problem-solving ideas; Possess analytical, planning and organizing skills; Has presentation and training skills; Is passionate for quality and committed to detail and accuracy; Is open-minded and responsive to new systems and corporate processes
