Responsibilities

Guarantee the conformity of C295 product/service to the requirement specified by our customer and Airbus, and support quality on time and on cost delivery by delivering right first time to increase customer loyalty; Contribute to investigations and root cause analysis into reported quality issues; Perform Quality Inspection as per defined standards, Final Check and Attestation, Stop Points, Out of sequence work, including critical activities; Ensure Operational Surveillance (people, product and process); Provide feedback and coaching to Operations, Support Functions and Supplier organization on Quality issues; Actively participate in process improvements; Assure the quality feedback loop with the Serial Production in Spain and the QSR right implementation in Vadodara FAL; Optimize Inspection Activities with fast response to quality issues and defined KPIs; Prevent Foreign Object Damage (FOD); Manage opening/closing of non conformities where appropriate; Carry out Predictive Quality activities and coaching to operations
