Quality Inspector

Our client is seeking a Quality Inspector to take ownership of inspection and quality processes within a manufacturing environment. This varied role combines hands-on inspection, audits and quality documentation, with responsibility for maintaining standards, identifying improvements and supporting production teams.

Responsibilities

Inspect raw materials, machined components, fabrications and finished products; Use CMM and Faro Arm equipment to verify product quality and compliance; Lead internal and external audits, investigations and root cause analysis activities; Complete quality documentation, including FAIRs, inspection reports, NDT reports and certification packs; Manage the calibration programme and maintain inspection equipment records; Work closely with production teams to drive quality standards

Requirements

Quality inspection experience within a manufacturing environment; CMM and/or Faro Arm programming experience; Background in motorsport, aerospace or automotive manufacturing; Strong understanding of inspection processes, measurement and quality standards
