Real Estate Finance Paralegal

A well-established law firm is seeking a Real Estate Finance Paralegal to join its busy London office. This is an excellent opportunity for a Real Estate Finance Paralegal with previous property or real estate finance experience to support an experienced Partner while developing a long-term career within a highly regarded finance team. As the Real Estate Finance Paralegal you will support a Partner on a varied caseload of property finance transactions.

Responsibilities

Supporting a Partner on a varied caseload of property finance transactions; Assisting with real estate finance transactions from instruction through to completion; Drafting legal documents and correspondence; Conducting legal research and due diligence; Liaising with clients, lenders and third parties; Preparing completion documents and managing transaction files; Monitoring key deadlines and maintaining case management systems; Providing administrative and legal support throughout transactions

Requirements

Previous paralegal experience; Appropriate legal qualifications; Strong organisational and communication skills; Excellent attention to detail; Ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy environment; Positive, flexible and team-focused approach; Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office and case management systems
