Receiving Specialist

This position is responsible for the receiving process for warranty returns to the Walnut Ridge, AR facility including handling/sorting product, reviewing paperwork, verifying returned product to authorized RGA and to packing slip, assigning cord tag, entering information into SAP, conducting Hipot tests, collecting data and samples, and processing Quick Scrap products.

Responsibilities

Determine if returned product is an eligible warranty return; Verify returned product to authorized RGA and packing slip; Assign colored cord tag and enter customer, tracking, model, and cord tag information into SAP; Conduct Hipot tests on corded tools; Collect run-time data, Watch List samples, and RUQ samples; Determine Quick Scrap and process products; Observe safety regulations and maintain cleanliness of work area

Requirements

High School Diploma, GED or equivalent; Computer Literate with Windows application; Basic reading, writing, math skills

Nice to have

1 year of experience in a distribution business environment preferred; SAP experience an asset
