Receiving Specialist

Comoto Holdings is America's largest and fastest-growing omnichannel platform in the powersports aftermarket-products industry, with brands including RevZilla, Cycle Gear, J&P Cycles, REVER, and Common Tread. As a Receiving Specialist, you will manage the store's backroom operations by receiving products into the POS system, keeping products organized and accounted for, and helping process weekly pallets. This is a part-time position with a total compensation of $17.15 - $18.00 per hour. The first 5 shifts are base pay only to focus on training.

Responsibilities

Manage the store's backroom operations; Receive products into the POS system; Keep products organized and accounted for; Help process weekly pallets; Process damaged or defective products back to the Fulfillment Center and report them to the Inventory Control Team; Work with the management team to keep adequate product in stock, properly maintain merchandise, and display merchandise with proper signage and shelf placement; Maintain accurate inventory, proper placement and display of merchandise, and complete price updates; Maintain store presentation according to company standards, including store housekeeping, merchandising, and retail standards, including the backroom and workstations; Maintain awareness of product knowledge, merchandise promotions, and advertisements set forth by the Marketing Team; Represent Cycle Gear at special events when scheduled

Requirements

Previous retail, inventory management, customer service, or sales experience; Ability to work retail schedule, including occasional nights/evenings, weekends, and holidays; Strong computer acumen, writing, and math ability to count and manage inventory and control cash; A self-starter mentality with a strong attention to detail; An open mind, and is eager to learn and be a part of the riding community; Experience with computers and POS systems (particularly RetailPro)
