As our Receptionist , you’ll be the first smile our guests see and the last goodbye they remember. You will:

We’ll provide full training on our systems and procedures, plus a one-night stay so you can experience the hotel from a guest’s perspective.

Responsibilities

Welcome guests warmly, handle check-in/out, and manage guest accounts with accuracy.; Respond to calls, messages, and requests with professionalism and care.; Keep guest information and hotel procedures secure and confidential.; Support other hotel teams to deliver a seamless guest experience.; Take every opportunity to upsell services and showcase our facilities.

Requirements

A genuine willingness to learn and an eagerness to contribute.; Previous hotel experience (essential).; Experience with Opera PMS or Opera Cloud (essential).; A friendly, professional approach and fluency in English (other languages a plus).
