Responsibilities

Welcome and greet guests in a friendly and professional manner.; Handle guest check-in and check-out procedures efficiently.; Process reservations, cancellations, amendments and room allocations.; Provide accurate information regarding hotel facilities, services and local attractions.; Handle guest requests, queries and complaints professionally and promptly.; Answer and direct telephone calls and respond to guest emails when required.; Process payments and maintain accurate guest records.; Coordinate with Housekeeping, F&B, Maintenance and other departments to meet guest requirements.; Maintain accurate records and ensure all front office procedures are followed.; Handle guest keys/cards and other front office documentation securely.; Maintain a high standard of personal grooming and professional appearance.; Ensure confidentiality of guest information at all times.; Follow hotel policies, health and safety procedures, and service standards.

Requirements

Minimum School Certificate (SC) or equivalent.; Certificate/Diploma in Hotel Management, Hospitality, Tourism, or Front Office would be an advantage.; Previous experience in a hotel or front office environment would be an advantage.; Good knowledge of English and French .; Basic computer knowledge is required.
