Responsibilities

Welcome and assist guests, building strong relationships.; Manage check-in/out, payments, and guest details accurately.; Promote hotel facilities, actively upselling to maximize occupancy and revenue.; Safeguard guest property with proper documentation.; Promote Accor loyalty programs to enhance guest satisfaction and brand loyalty.; Work collaboratively with all departments for smooth operations.

Requirements

Exceptional communication skills: written, verbal, and non-verbal.; Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to take initiative.; Previous experience in Reservations is an advantage.; Familiarity with Opera Cloud, TARS Database, or similar PMS preferred but not required.; Flexible availability for a rotating roster, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
