Casino Barrière Tirana is located on the corner of the famous Skanderbeg Square, in the renowned Book Building, the newly completed Barrière Tirana casino is set to become one of the most beautiful casinos in the Balkans. It offers 240 slot machines, 30 electronic English Roulettes, and 13 traditional gaming tables—English roulette, blackjack & ultimate poker. A Cherie Cherry restaurant and 3 bars.

Welcome guests warmly in accordance with Barrière Group standards ( As de l’Accueil ).; Maintain excellent customer relations with high confidentiality and discretion.; Recognize regular customers and understand their preferences.; Inform and advise guests on venue offerings, events, shows, and dining options.; Promote casino products and loyalty programs (e.g., Casinopass, Casinobox).; Gather customer feedback and report insights to management to continuously improve service quality.; Assist with responsible gaming policies and anti-money laundering (AML) guidelines.; Manage shift handovers: receive instructions from the incoming/outgoing shift and maintain workstation cleanliness.; Handle incoming and outgoing telephone calls professionally.; Oversee cloakroom, ticketing, and event/restaurant reservation services.; Ensure proper cash handling and manage the assigned till accurately.; Manage lost-and-found items following internal establishment procedures.; Ensure access control and inform guests about entry requirements and gaming room regulations.; Maintain equipment, ticketing systems, and workstation materials.; Keep customer materials, promotional flyers, and artistic programs up to date and stocked.; Monitor inventory for operational consumables (printer ribbons, tickets, vouchers) and retail items (merchandise, gift boxes).; Ensure compliance with the group's Sustainable Development policy.; Train new team members according to Barrière guidelines and training programs.; Actively participate in department meetings.; Perform entry checks or phone outreach when required.

Requirements

Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, reception, or retail is preferred.; Excellent communication skills in Albanian and English (French or Italian is a strong advantage).; Strong interpersonal skills, professional appearance, and customer-oriented mindset.; Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and maintain high ethical standards.; Discretion, confidentiality, and high sense of responsibility.; Ability to work in shifts (including evenings, weekends, and holidays).
