Recovery Coach | Entry-Level Mental Health Aide

The Recovery Coach (Entry-Level Mental Health Aide) is responsible for assisting in the provision of the therapeutic milieu by monitoring and communicating with persons served, providing rehabilitation groups under supervision, and assisting in crisis intervention. Full-Time Overnight schedule (Wed-Sun) plus On-Call.

Responsibilities

Assist in the provision of the therapeutic milieu by monitoring and communicating with persons served; Provide rehabilitation groups under supervision; Assist in crisis intervention; Perform other duties as needed by the Director of Nursing, the Program Director, or a designee

Requirements

Minimum of a high school diploma/GED; A compassionate mindset to those who are in recovery
