Regional Operations Manager

As the business continues to thrive and grow, we need a key Operations Manager to oversee all the regional sites, building on their current success. You will be fully accountable for the delivery of the budget of the P&L across the area, setting and achieving financial targets, generating additional revenue through precise controls and most importantly the continual training and development and engagement of your teams.

Requirements

Passionate, engaging, high energy, high potential operator; able to take over the existing estate and help build future strategy; people focused, nurturing and approachable; genuine passion for, and depth of operational experience, within the hospitality sector; experience in hospitality management and working under pressure; self-aware with a high degree of emotional intelligence; natural ability to connect with, and influence people; experienced coach/mentor with a positive ‘can-do’ attitude; confidence with budgets and figures in general; high attention to detail and strong project-management skills; excellent interpersonal skills for diplomatically handling staff and customers; structured approach to tasks, highly organised and able to delegate effectively; strong ability to problem-solve and to think on their feet; hands-on approach and enthusiastic
