Regional Sales Manager

EXFO is seeking a dynamic, self-motivated & customer driven Regional Sales Manager with a proven track record of increasing sales in China. This individual will drive the business development and the customer engagement process. This individual will establish, execute and drive the sales strategies with the responsibility for delivering or exceeding EXFO Wireline sales targets. EXFO is an equal opportunity employer. Responsibilities

Drive business development and sales growth in Eastern Region, covering Network Service Provider (NSP) and private-network markets including energy, transportation and data centers; Develop opportunities via a series of sales activities including telephone appointment, referral channels, account database, email list; Use customer visit or remote sales tools to conduct customer meetings, seminars, remote demos and field tests to build customer ties and intimacy; Be responsible for the full sales lifecycle, nurturing, developing, promoting, transforming opportunities, and cutting deals; Plan, manage and service distributors in terms of account and business development in the region; Support distributors' sales activities; Enable tier 2 resellers in the region through distributors; Maintain CRM databases so they are complete, up to date, and accurate; Assemble a team to respond to RFPs and provide suggestions on product and commercial strategy based on customer tech/commercial requirements analysis; Provide support to customer invitations and visits at trade shows and conferences; Perform other duties as the Company may authorize or assign from time to time

Requirements

Proven track record of increasing sales in China
