Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

FAAST ABA is seeking a dedicated part-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team! As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you will partner closely with our Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to deliver transformative Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) care to children in their homes. You’ll work one-on-one with families, helping children develop new skills, achieve milestones, and foster independence.

Responsibilities

Provide in-person behavior intervention services in a child's home and community; Collect and record data on child behaviors and progress; Participate in weekly supervision with the Behavior Analyst; Attend regular team meetings to collaborate and share insights

Requirements

Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent; Strong interest in working with children, especially those with special needs; Reliable transportation; Active RBT Certification through the BACB (required); Active CPR Certification (required); Ability to lift up to 50 pounds; Capability to assume and maintain a variety of postures (kneeling, squatting, crawling, sitting, standing) for extended periods; Comfort sitting on the floor or standing for prolonged periods; Position requires a background check
