Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

Alpaca Health is a multi-state network of independent ABA therapists working in homes, schools, and daycares. The role involves working one-on-one with kids with autism in their homes, classrooms, and communities, following a personalized plan from a dedicated BCBA, implementing behavior strategies, and collecting data. Certified RBTs and motivated people ready to become one are both considered. Some roles require an active certification; candidates who are not yet certified are supported toward certification.

Requirements

Genuinely enjoy working with children, especially kids who need extra patience and creativity; Have an active RBT certification, or the drive to earn one; Have reliable availability across mornings, afternoons, or evenings; Come from education, childcare, psychology, social work, or any role where you showed up for kids; Have reliable transportation to reach client homes and schools; Able to keep up physically, including getting on the floor, moving around, and lifting ~50 lbs; At least 18 years old; High school diploma or equivalent; Pass a background check
