Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

Alpaca Health is a multi-state network of independent ABA therapists, working in homes, schools, and daycares. The company hires certified RBTs and motivated people ready to become one. Successful candidates work alongside a dedicated BCBA who mentors them from day one. The role involves one-on-one work with kids with autism in their homes, classrooms, and communities.

Responsibilities

Work one-on-one with kids with autism in their homes, classrooms, and communities; Follow a personalized plan from your BCBA; Implement behavior strategies; Collect data; Build consistent relationships that help kids grow

Requirements

Genuinely enjoy working with children, especially kids who need extra patience and creativity; Active RBT certification, or the drive to earn one; Reliable availability across mornings, afternoons, or evenings; Come from education, childcare, psychology, social work, or any role where you showed up for kids; Reliable transportation to reach client homes and schools; Able to keep up physically, including getting on the floor, moving around, and lifting ~50 lbs; At least 18 years old; High school diploma or equivalent; Pass a background check
