Registered Nurse

As a Registered Nurse, you'll provide a range of clinical care and support services for our residents, assisting them to experience a greater level of independence and ensuring their health and wellness are supported.

Responsibilities

Providing and monitoring the care of residents; Using a systematic approach to clinical decision-making; Developing appropriate therapeutic and caring relationships; Collaborating with the health care team to achieve resident outcomes; Participating in the development of a supportive environment with the team

Requirements

Relevant qualifications and AHPRA registration; Minimum of 12 months experience as a Registered Nurse; Valid working rights in Australia (Passport, Birth Certificate etc); NDIS Workers Screen and or a National Police check (or willingness to obtain) prior to commencement; Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families and all levels of staff; Strong passion for working with the elderly and dedication to professional growth
