Registered Nurse (RN)- Atrium Outpatient Concierge Care Division PRN Float

The Concierge Care Division delivers a high-touch, membership-based ambulatory care model across five clinics in the Greater Charlotte market, providing Concierge Care and Executive Concierge Care services. Care is delivered through a 1:1 physician–RN model with extended appointment times, comprehensive one-day Executive Health Exams, and state-of-the-art technology, all with a strong emphasis on exceptional patient experience and white-glove service. The Float RN provides clinical and operational support across all sites, partnering closely with physicians to deliver personalized, relationship-based care and coordinate services, including patient access to wellness resources as a premium perk. This role is ideal for an experienced RN who thrives in an autonomous ambulatory setting and ready to deliver a personalized patient experience.

Responsibilities

Floats between Greater Charlotte Concierge and Executive Concierge Practices; Provides clinical and operational support across all sites; Partners closely with physicians to deliver personalized, relationship-based care and coordinate services; Provides and coordinates comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures; Leads efforts to create the safest patient environment and the best patient experience across the continuum

Requirements

Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing; Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices; Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association

Nice to have

5 years of RN and ambulatory experience; BSN
