Registered Nurse (RN) Med/Surg Float Pool

Full-time Registered Nurse position in the Carolinas Medical Center Nursing Float Pool at Atrium Health, part of Advocate Health. Hours per week: 36. Schedule: 7P-7A, 3 twelve-hour shifts per week, with weekend and holiday rotation. Benefits eligible: Yes.

Responsibilities

Provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures; Use evidence-based practice, clinical decision making, compassion, and skilled communication; Lead efforts to create the safest patient environment and the best patient experience across the continuum

Requirements

Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing; Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices; Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association; 6 months of experience as a Registered Nurse
