Solaris HealthCare Lake City is now hiring full-time and part-time Registered Nurses (RN) committed to providing the best life and care for our residents. We are located at 560 SW McFarlane Ave, Lake City, FL 32025. We are looking for caring and compassionate individuals to provide outstanding care to our residents each and every day.

Responsibilities

Admissions, Discharge and Transfers of residents; Medication requisitions with pharmacy and physicians; Medication administration; Following infection control, emergency, and other center policies; Collaborating with resident’s interdisciplinary team to provide the best outcomes; Identifying and reporting all abnormal changes in residents’ condition to proper personnel per center policy

Requirements

Registered Nurse (RN) licensed by the State; CPR Certification required; Florida AHCA Clearinghouse background screening

Nice to have

One Year prior nursing experience preferred
