Requirements

Current registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario; Current Heart & Stroke approved Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required at time of hire; Experience working with and advocating for the elderly; Medication administration certification and experience; Physical assessment; Wound care; Enteral feeding experience; Maintenance of IV lines; Experience with electronic documentation; Satisfactory employment and attendance record.
