Responsibilities

Completing maintenance and repairs for small to medium home and commercial projects; Making recommendations and managing expectations with customers; Creating life-long customers by delivering a great experience; Following the Mr. Handyman Way; Self-managing because you'll be alone often; Speaking with customers, providing excellent customer service, asking for reviews and collecting payments; Documenting the job while following the process; Wearing proper PPE and booties to protect customer's home; Meeting performance measures: customer satisfaction (NPS), revenue target, effective billing rate, recall percentage

Requirements

Live within the area; 8+ years' experience as a paid handyman; own your own tools; be insurable for driving our vehicle; complete a background and driving record check; able to lift 50 pounds independently; able to safely work at heights and overhead for extended periods of time; professional appearance and maintenance of company-provided vehicle; Must have 10 + years of demonstratable experience; strong proficiency in at least three of carpentry work, bathroom improvements, kitchen improvements, painting inside and out, drywall work minor and major repairs, general plumbing and electrical where allowed by law, floor installation and refurbishing
