Remote Bilingual Clinical Psychologist – Older Adults | Spanish-Speaking | PhD / PsyD | Texas | Telehealth

Sailor Health is a nationwide virtual practice focused on empowering happier, healthier aging through Medicare-covered therapy, care navigation, and healthcare advocacy for older adults. Bilingual (English/Spanish) licensed clinical psychologists are offered part-time and full-time opportunities on a flexible, fee-for-service basis, starting at 15 hours per week (1099) or 25 hours per week (W2). Spanish-speaking patients are matched to Spanish-speaking clinicians.

Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality, evidence-based psychotherapy to Spanish-speaking older adults in a virtual setting; Conduct therapy sessions fluently in Spanish, meeting patients in their language and cultural context; Design personalized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient; Work independently while being part of a collaborative, supportive care team; Manage documentation efficiently using our streamlined EMR and AI documentation tools; Participate in regular (paid) case consultations

Requirements

Doctoral degree in psychology (PhD or PsyD) from an APA-accredited program; Active, independent license to practice psychology in Texas; Fluent in both English and Spanish, able to conduct full therapy sessions in Spanish; Comfortable with telehealth platforms and electronic health records

Nice to have

Experience working with older adults, seniors, or geriatric populations; Medicare billing experience
