Remote Clinical Psychologist – Older Adults | PhD / PsyD | Rhode Island | Telehealth

Sailor Health, a nationwide virtual practice, offers licensed clinical psychologists (PhD / PsyD) part-time and full-time opportunities to provide Medicare-covered therapy to older adults. Providers receive a filled caseload, administrative support, and clinical community. Work is fully remote on a flexible, fee-for-service basis, starting at 15 hours per week (1099) or 25 hours per week (W2).

Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality, evidence-based psychotherapy to older adults in a virtual setting; Design personalized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient; Work independently while being part of a collaborative, supportive care team; Manage documentation efficiently using our streamlined EMR and AI documentation tools; Participate in regular (paid) case consultations

Requirements

Doctoral degree in psychology (PhD or PsyD) from an APA-accredited program; Active, independent license to practice psychology in Rhode Island; Comfortable with telehealth platforms and electronic health records

Nice to have

Experience working with older adults or geriatric populations; Medicare billing experience
