Minimum Skills, Knowledge & Abilities

- Previous customer service experience, ideally within the logistics industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work flexibly within tight schedules and dynamic workloads.
- Understanding of Imports and Exports processes preferred.

Responsibilities

Efficiently process and monitor client bookings via phone, Electronic Data Interchange/Interactive Voice Response System, and email, ensuring timely and accurate data entry.; Resolve client issues and complaints professionally, guaranteeing satisfaction with resolutions provided.; Maintain and update our Enterprise Resource Planning systems with essential client information and reports.; Act as a communication conduit between customers and internal stakeholders, ensuring smooth operations.; Collaborate with internal teams to enhance service delivery and find innovative solutions.

Requirements

Exceptional written skills as the majority of communication is via email.; Sound experience using the Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel and Outlook.
