A revolutionary destination that will transform Dallas forever, The Knox Hotel & Residences by Auberge Collection will debut in late 2026 as the city’s most captivating new address. A tapestry of bold design envisioned by the internationally acclaimed Martin Brudnizki Design Studio, the hotel offers 140 artfully imagined guest rooms and suites, each layered with texture, glamour, and character. Additionally, 48 private, world-class luxury residences are brought to life by Chad Dorsey, one of the most acclaimed interior designers in Dallas. Hotel guests and residents alike drift between four distinctive dining and drinking venues, from an all-day salon and terrace to the magnetic hum of a hidden cocktail lounge and lively pool garden. The Residences Concierge serves as the primary point of contact for homeowners, guests, and vendors within The Knox Private Residences, delivering seamless, secure, and highly personalized service. This role supports daily residential operations, anticipates needs, and ensures every interaction reflects the highest level of professionalism and discretion.

Responsibilities

Deliver personalized, anticipatory service aligned with brand standards; Serve as the primary contact for homeowners, guests, and vendors; Coordinate move-ins, deliveries, vendor access, and contractor scheduling; Monitor contractor activity and maintain accurate access and service logs; Coordinate in-residence services such as maintenance, repairs, and housekeeping; Manage resident, guest, and vendor access in partnership with Security; Oversee package handling, deliveries, and resident notifications; Support daily operations of residential areas and the Residences Lounge; Assist with resident events and lifestyle programming; Maintain accurate records, incident reports, and shift handovers; Collaborate with departments including Concierge, Valet, Engineering, Housekeeping, and Security; Support flexible coverage including evenings, weekends, holidays, and occasional overnight shifts

Requirements

Passionate about delivering exceptional service and luxury residential experiences; Previous experience in luxury hospitality, high-end residential, private club, or boutique hotel environments preferred; Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills; High level of professionalism, discretion, and emotional intelligence; Proficiency with property management systems (PMS) and service platforms; Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
