Resident Medical Officer (RMO) - Resident Doctor. Oxford | Private Hospital | Part time or Full time. Up to £73,500 + Benefits. Compass Associates are proud to be partnering with a brand-new, state-of-the-art private hospital opening in Oxford. We are currently recruiting for a Resident Medical Officer (RMO) to join the clinical team in a unique role offering excellent exposure across a modern elective healthcare environment — without the traditional overnight RMO model. This is an exciting opportunity for a doctor looking to work within a highly collaborative multidisciplinary team in a flagship private hospital setting. 12-hour day shifts only (no night shifts).

Responsibilities

Centre-wide clinical support across the hospital; Emergency response and deteriorating patient management; General patient reviews and medical support; Support with stress testing, diagnostics and imaging; Working closely with consultants, anaesthetists and senior nursing teams

Requirements

GMC registered doctor; ALS certified; Previous acute clinical experience essential; Strong airway management and cannulation skills; Team player with excellent communication skills

Nice to have

Emergency Medicine; Acute Medicine; Anaesthetics; ICU; Registrar level; Clinical Fellow level; Comfortable managing emergencies independently
