Residential Children's Support Worker (5-18 years)

Join our Residential Childcare team in Crewe. No experience needed - full training, a Level 3 Diploma, 2-on-4-off rota, career progression and the chance to make a real difference every day.

Responsibilities

Support children with daily routines and independence; Encourage education, activities, hobbies, and community participation; Support emotional wellbeing and positive behaviour; Help children develop confidence, resilience, and life skills; Complete daily digital records and contribute to care planning; Work closely with colleagues, families, and other professionals; Be a positive and consistent role model

Requirements

Full UK driving licence; Ability to reliably commute to Crewe; Ability to work a 2 days on / 4 days off rota including weekends and bank holidays; Right to work in the UK; Reliable, resilient, caring, consistent, able to build positive professional relationships with children and young people
