Residential Maintenance Technician | Park Van Ness

Under the direction of the Lead Engineer, the Maintenance Technician will be responsible for maintaining the property and providing superior customer service to all residents.

Responsibilities

Assist the Lead Engineer in maintaining the property; process all resident service requests in a timely manner; perform preventative maintenance duties and unit inspections; troubleshoot and repair HVAC, plumbing, carpentry and painting; perform turnovers and renovation of apartments; provide superior customer service to all residents

Requirements

3-5 years of engineering experience; strong customer service skills; high school diploma; ability to lift 60 lbs. and safely move appliances; comfortable working at heights up to 25 feet; attendance is essential; weekend work or overnight hours may be expected

Nice to have

experience in multifamily or hospitality environments
