The Key Lead is responsible for ensuring all customers receive quality in-store experience. They do this by acting as the Floor Supervisor, providing guidance and coaching to Brand Representative associates ensuring store operations are running effectively. The Key Lead is part of the store leadership team, responsible for driving store performance on the floor through customer experience and team achievement of daily sales.

Requirements

CEFR B2 Fluency in English & French, required; Customer Focus; Communication; Interpersonal Interaction; Fashion Trend Knowledge; Outgoing; Assertiveness; Adaptability/Flexibility & Stress Tolerance; Poise & Ambition; Multi-Tasking; Applied Learning; Work Ethic; Omni Channel Services; Availability to work at least 20-25 hours per week; Required availability on Saturdays and Sundays and certain holidays

Nice to have

High School Diploma/G.E.D. equivalent preferred; At least 1 year of retail experience preferred
