Responsibilities

Develop and implement a comprehensive strategic plan for the Restaurants & Bars department, aligning with the company's overall goals and brand standards.; Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance, maximizing revenue and profitability while managing costs effectively.; Collaborate with the culinary and operations teams to conceptualize and execute unique dining and beverage experiences that resonate with the brand and guest expectations.; Ensure the smooth day-to-day operations of all restaurant and bar outlets, maintaining service and quality standards.; Prioritize guest satisfaction, monitoring feedback, and proactively addressing concerns to ensure exceptional dining experiences.; Participate in menu design, pricing, and evaluation to ensure variety, innovation, and profitability.; Lead, train, and develop a high-performing team, promoting a culture of continuous learning, empowerment, and professional growth.; Collaborate with the marketing department to create effective strategies for promoting dining outlets, special events, and promotions.; Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and licensing regulations, maintaining a safe and sanitary environment.; Foster strong relationships with suppliers, partners, and key stakeholders to enhance the department's success.
