Resume Writing Expert

Position: Freelance Resume Writing Expert Trainer. Location: As per Project Requirement. Mode: Online / Offline. Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced Resume Writing Expert Trainer to conduct employability and career readiness training programs. The trainer will be responsible for helping participants create professional, ATS-friendly resumes, optimize LinkedIn profiles, prepare effective cover letters, and improve their job application skills.

Responsibilities

Deliver engaging training sessions on professional resume writing; Train participants to create ATS (Applicant Tracking System) compatible resumes; Guide candidates on resume formatting, content, and industry-specific customization; Conduct workshops on LinkedIn profile optimization and personal branding; Provide guidance on cover letter writing and job application strategies; Assist participants in highlighting their skills, achievements, and work experience effectively; Conduct mock resume reviews and provide constructive feedback; Stay updated with current recruitment trends and hiring practices

Requirements

Excellent resume writing and editing skills; Strong knowledge of ATS-based resume standards; Understanding of recruitment and hiring processes; Knowledge of LinkedIn profile optimization; Excellent communication, presentation, and mentoring skills; Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Google Docs; Bachelor's degree in any discipline; Minimum 2–5 years of experience in resume writing, career coaching, talent acquisition, HR, or employability training

Nice to have

Certification in Career Coaching, Resume Writing, HR, or Soft Skills Training; Experience conducting workshops for students, fresh graduates, or working professionals
