Retail Assistant Store Manager

As a Retail Store Team Member at our Homebush store, you will support our Lindt Chocolate Shops by spreading the word about the wonders of Lindt. Highly engaged team. We are looking for energetic and vibrant individuals to help us Enchant the World with Chocolate within our Retail stores, with diverse personalities where everyone is comfortable to be themselves.

Responsibilities

Creating meaningful relationships with customers by providing a unique Lindt experience; Preparing customer beverage orders at the chocolate bar; Educating and informing customers on Lindt Chocolate products with passion and in-depth knowledge; Being Lindt ambassadors and delivering exceptional customer service to all

Requirements

Love Lindt Chocolate; Previous experience in a fast-paced café or retail environment; Put their heart into everything they do and can talk the language of chocolate; Have a passion for excellence and can provide every customer with a unique Lindt experience; Flexibility to work hours that suit fluctuating business needs, including weekends
