By joining one of PNC’s Development Programs, you can explore your potential through hands-on experience in a professional environment. The Retail Bank Development Program (RBDP) is an accelerated development program for recent college graduates with exceptional leadership potential. RBDP develops PNC's next generation of Retail Bank leaders through a 24-month program that provides sales, technical and leadership/professional development training enhanced by experiential learning opportunities.

Responsibilities

Performs or assists in banking activities, including researching clients or prospects, creating and/or calling on targeted calling lists, scheduling, attending and/or leading client or prospect appointments, creating presentations and/or proposals, and identifying and/or delivering on next steps to move relationships forward; Proactively acquires new clients through effective prospecting, networking, relationship-building and consultative selling skills; Handles or assists in relationship management activities with new and/or existing clients to ensure an exceptional client experience while deepening relationships; Provides ideas and insights to clients based on understanding of their needs and financial goals; Interacts with internal/external clients to gather or clarify information and/or expand existing client relationships; Participates in social learning, mentoring, job shadowing and community outreach; Participates in formal learning to develop skills needed to excel in the role

Requirements

Bachelors; Minimum GPA 3.0; Recent university/college graduates with little or no professional experience but possessing relevant skills; Having one's own vehicle; Expected travel: 10% outside market and 90% local travel within market; Accuracy and Attention to Detail; Analytical Thinking; Business Acumen; Effective Communications; Flexibility and Adaptability; Information Capture; Products and Services; Project Management; Self-Directed Growth and Development
