Retail Branch Manager

Retail Branch Manager manages the day to day activities of Store/Branch personnel involved with fluid power, connectors and industrial products.

Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day activities of Store/Branch personnel involved with fluid power, connectors and industrial products; Perform customer services including order entry, price and delivery information, quotations, inquiries, expediting; Plan, assign, assist and direct the work of store personnel; Conduct employee performance reviews and make recommendations regarding hiring, transfers, terminations and wage adjustments; Ensure compliance with all safety rules, regulations and practices; Receive and review inquiries and orders, checking for correct identification and pricing; Purchase non-stock items to meet sales order requirements; Receive purchased material, check for discrepancies, and stock in proper BIN locations; Maintain accurate inventory records and perform cycle counts; Reconcile cash sale account weekly; Fill customer orders for over-the-counter sales or shipments; Operate handling equipment and make hose assemblies; Provide leads to outside sales persons and support outside sales; Distribute correspondence to personnel; Travel to other locations as required; Support BMS procedures and work instructions
