Retail Display Installer – Technology

2020 Companies is seeking reliable, detail-oriented, and self-motivated Retail Installation & Merchandising Specialists to join our team and represent leading brands like Dell, Intel, Dyson, Google, and HP. In this role, you’ll work independently, meet deadlines, and use mobile applications and technology to review, schedule, and complete assignments at different retail venues within 90 miles. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential, as you manage your schedule to complete work within established timelines, build store-level relationships, and ensure top-quality execution on every project.

Responsibilities

Install, assemble, and update retail fixtures, shelving, endcaps, and displays; Complete retail resets, store build-outs, remodels, and display repairs; Follow planograms, schematics, and client-specific merchandising directives; Install and service TVs, interactive displays, kiosks, and other retail display equipment; Update operating systems and software on display devices; Install and replace graphics, pricing cards, SD cards, and marketing materials; Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and display issues; Capture and upload photos to document completed work; Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area; Respond to field services management within 24 hours; Keep availability updated and accurate; Complete all assigned jobs on or before scheduled end dates; Complete necessary forms, images, and surveys for each job; Conduct break-fix repairs; Manage virtual software and related tasks; Track, record, and communicate activity via designated systems; Accept and schedule assigned jobs within 48 hours; Build relationships with clients, retailers, and team members; Ensure customer and client satisfaction according to KPIs

Requirements

Comfortable using hand tools and technology; Valid driver's license, current auto insurance, and reliable personal vehicle; Willingness to travel up to 90 miles from residence; Ability and willingness to climb ladders up to 10 feet; Ability to safely lift and carry up to 60 lbs; Ability to kneel, walk, crouch, bend, reach overhead, and perform repetitive physical tasks; Must provide and use tools including Phillips/flat head screwdriver, hex keys, box cutter, tape measure, microfiber cloth, and 256G USB; Smartphone with current operating system and active data plan; Must be 18 or older; Must be authorized to work in the United States; Must pass background check, MVR check, and drug screening; High school diploma or equivalent typically required; Must maintain a minimum of 20 hours of fieldwork within a rolling 30-day period; Effective communication via phone, text, and email; Respond to field services management within 24 hours; Accept and schedule assigned jobs within 48 hours; Complete training assignments within designated timeframe
