Retail Merchandising Project Manager

Responsibilities

Execute a comprehensive 12-month store calendar, meticulously coordinating focus months and endcap rollouts in collaboration with internal brand marketing teams; Oversee the end-to-end production of store fixtures, promotional assets, and premium items, guaranteeing adherence to all deadlines and the highest quality standards; Manage sourcing and budgeting processes, conducting thorough bidding to secure best-in-class suppliers, issuing purchase orders, and reconciling invoices; Maintain a master database of store counts, fixture components, and project support timelines, ensuring accuracy and accessibility; Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, PR, Education, and external suppliers to develop, specify, and procure high-impact promotional materials.

Requirements

Deep knowledge of retail fabrication, including wall systems, IM/Vac, and vacuum forming techniques; Proficiency in reading engineered drawings and die lines with precision; A strong track record in project management, including tracking multi-brand timelines, managing vendor relations, and demonstrating self-motivation in a fast-paced environment.
