Retail Performance Specialist

The Retail Performance Specialist supports the monitoring and improvement of store performance across the retail network. This role focuses on analyzing sales and operational data, identifying performance gaps, and supporting the implementation of action plans to enhance store efficiency.

Responsibilities

Analyze weekly, monthly, and quarterly store sales data, customer feedback, and key operational KPIs to identify performance gaps; Support the implementation of data-driven action plans to address performance issues; Track and report on key performance indicators regularly; Collaborate with store management teams to monitor performance targets and benchmarks; Identify performance gaps and provide insights; Generate and present regular performance reports for management; Support retail-related projects; Assist in managing project timelines, budgets, and resources; Work closely with the Retail Manager, Store Managers, and other team members to achieve shared objectives; Provide operational support to store managers

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field; 3+ years of experience in retail operations, performance management, or a related field; Fluent English; Excellent Microsoft Office tool (PowerPoint, Excel) skills; Ability to work independently and proactively; Excellent interpersonal, communication and written skills; Organized, collaborative, adaptable to change, and able to multi task in a fast-paced and diverse environment
