Retail Security Officer

Job Overview: To protect our customer's property, people and/or assets by providing security services in direct accordance with the sites published Assignment Instructions (AI's) and any subsequent changes. Delivering results that meet and / or exceed the Key performance indicators / Service Level Agreement for the customer through full responsibility and accountability, providing a service that aids in the retention of the contract. To undertake additional training to ensure continuous self-development.

Responsibilities

Protect customer's property, people and/or assets by providing security services in accordance with published Assignment Instructions; Deliver results that meet and/or exceed KPIs and SLA for the customer; Ensure compliance with policies and legal/regulatory requirements; Complete all tasks and duties defined in the Assignment Instructions; Undertake additional training to ensure continuous self-development; Report health and safety hazards; Maintain professional conduct in difficult situations; Complete detailed notebook entries after incidents; Carry out check calls at allocated times; Call emergency services and Communication Centre to report all incidents

Requirements

DS Licence; SIA License; CCTV PSS SIA Licence; Previous Security Experience
