Rework inspector

Primary Duties and Responsibilities: Responsibilities include, but not limited to the following: Sorts, packages, and binds acceptable product; Able to use tools such as calipers and tape measures to properly measure the product; Able to use banding tools and band cutters to repackage the product; Understands schedules and daily reporting forms; Able to learn the different defects of the products, good eyesight; Able to stand for long periods; Able to work 8 hour shifts in varying temperatures inside and outside; Able to operate some machinery such as saws; Maintain a clean and safe work area, sweeping and dusting; Able to work overtime if needed and weekends; Able to wear eye protection, ear protection and protective shoe wear; Forklift operation; Must be able to use computer and RF gun; Other duties may be assigned

Requirements

High school diploma or GED; Ability to read and write; Experience using computers and Excel; Willing to be trained to drive a forklift; Wears proper PPE when and where required; Must have basic math skills; Reasonable interpersonal skills; Able to work as a team member with a diverse workforce; Must be able to see different shades of color and patterns
