Responsibilities

Provide L1/L2 Application Production Support for business-critical applications.; Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve application, middleware, infrastructure, and production incidents.; Ensure the smooth execution of application workflows, batch processes, and data transfers.; Manage incidents, service requests, and problem resolution in line with agreed SLAs.; Perform root cause analysis and implement preventive actions to improve service reliability.; Coordinate and support application releases and production deployments.; Develop and maintain automation solutions using Ansible, Terraform, Python, and Bash .; Support and maintain Docker and Kubernetes environments.; Implement monitoring and proactively improve system performance and user experience.; Maintain operational procedures, technical documentation, and knowledge repositories.; Participate in 24/7 support rotations , on-call activities, and Disaster Recovery exercises.; Collaborate with global teams to ensure service excellence and continuous improvement.

Requirements

5+ years of experience in Application Support, IT Operations, Software Engineering, or Production Support.; Strong experience in production environments, preferably within Banking or Financial Services .; Solid knowledge of:; Linux (Red Hat); Ansible; Docker; Kubernetes; Terraform; PL/SQL; Dynatrace; Python and/or Bash scripting; Experience with Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, IBM Cloud, or GCP).; Knowledge of CI/CD tools and practices.; Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
