Risk Manager – Enterprise Risk Management

The Company is looking for an experienced risk management professional to join their Risk function to support the delivery of their Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) framework and risk oversight.

Responsibilities

Taking ownership of and overseeing key aspects of the Risk Management Framework; Leading a high-performance culture within your immediate team and the wider Risk & Compliance function; Building relationships with stakeholders in Underwriting, Operations, Finance, and other areas of the business to understand their priorities and risk issues

Requirements

Strong risk management experience; Strong execution skills and an ability to remain resilient under pressure and change; Strong knowledge of the Lloyd’s Market
